William Moon


Will began working in our North Miami office in 2011. He received a B.A. degree in International Relations and Comparative Politics from the University of Central Florida in 2005, where he was a member of the Tau Sigma Honor Society and the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. 

Will went on to receive his J.D. degree from Florida International University College of Law in 2010. While in law school, he was a member of the Board of Advocates, was the class elected representative of the Student Bar Association, was a member of the Trial Team, competing in the E. Earl Zehmer Moot Trial Competition, and received the Cali Book Award for excellence in the subject of Torts.

In 2013, Will began working in our Tampa office as a personal injury protection litigation attorney, seeking benefits due to motor vehicle accident victims by their insurance companies.

From 2015 to 2017, Will worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the Florida 13th Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida. While there, he tried forty- one cases as the lead, first chair attorney, and sat second chair on countless other trials. Returning to Florida Advocates in 2018, Will now works as an associate attorney in our property & casualty department, ensuring that property owners receive their full benefits due from the insurance companies.
